Free shipping: For all orders within Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States, we charge €0 in shipping costs – with no minimum order value.

International shipping: For deliveries outside these countries, shipping fees may apply. These are calculated transparently at checkout before you complete your purchase.

2. Delivery Times & Process

To help you understand when your package will arrive, please refer to the following timeframes:

Order cutoff time: Daily at 17:00 (CET). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Shipping time: 4–9 business days.

Total delivery time: Your order usually arrives within 5–12 business days.

Note: Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days and may affect delivery times accordingly.
