Important: All transactions are processed in Euro (EUR). Payments are securely handled through our partners Shopify Payments and PayPal.

2. Payment Process

Due date: The invoice amount is due immediately upon completion of your order.

Order release: As soon as the payment has been successfully received, your order will be confirmed and prepared for shipping.

Declined payments: If a payment is declined by your provider, the order unfortunately cannot be processed.

Your data is safe with us. We use modern SSL encryption to ensure that all information is transmitted confidentially.

Good to know: Syseve does not store any credit card or bank information on its own servers at any time. The data remains with certified payment providers.

4. Pricing and Transparency

All prices in the shop are displayed in US Dollars (USD).

Any additional costs (such as taxes or shipping fees outside the United States) are shown transparently in the checkout before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

5. Refunds & Clarification

Refunds are always issued using the original payment method according to our return policy.

Note: If there are any questions about a charge, please contact us directly at info@syseve.com before initiating a chargeback. In most cases we can resolve the issue much faster for you.

6. Fraud Protection

To protect our customers, Syseve reserves the right to review, delay, or cancel orders if incomplete or suspicious payment information is detected.
