Refund policy

This policy applies to all orders shipped to Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

At Syseve, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, we have designed our return process to be as simple as possible.

The most important points at a glance

Return period: You have 30 days from the date of receiving the goods.

Condition: The items must arrive unused, in their original packaging, and including all tags.

Restocking fee: €0 – we do not charge any hidden processing fees.

Who pays the return costs?

Defective or incorrect delivery: The item is damaged, has defects, or the wrong product was delivered. → Free for you. We cover the full costs.

Personal reasons: You do not like the item, the size does not fit, or you changed your mind. → The customer bears the return shipping costs.

How to initiate your return

  1. Registration: Send us a short email at info@syseve.com stating your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Packaging: Place the item securely in the original packaging. Make sure all accessories and tags are included.
  3. Shipping: Send the package back to us according to the instructions in our confirmation email.

Refunds & Exchanges

Inspection: After receiving your return, we will check the condition of the goods.

Refund: Once everything is approved, we will process the refund. Depending on the payment provider, it usually takes up to 7 business days for the money to appear in your account.

Exchange: Would you prefer a different color or size? Simply contact us at info@syseve.com and we will arrange the exchange as quickly as possible.

Important notes

Non-returnable items: Certain products are excluded from exchange for hygiene or safety reasons. These are explicitly indicated on the product pages.

Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 12 hours after purchase, provided the shipping process has not started yet. After that, our regular return process applies.
