Good news! We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States, with no minimum order value. For all other international deliveries, shipping fees may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. More details can be found in our Shipping Policy.

Your order is usually processed within 1–3 business days. The shipping time is approximately 6–11 business days, meaning your package will typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please first check the shipping status using your tracking link. If there seems to be an issue or the package is unusually delayed, please contact our support team at info@syseve.com and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

To ensure reliable and fast delivery, we work with trusted logistics partners. In Australia we ship with Australia Post and DHL. In the United Kingdom we ship with Royal Mail and DPD. In the United States we ship with USPS and UPS. The exact carrier used for your order will be shown in your shipping confirmation email.

Yes, absolutely! You can track your order via our tracking page. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Immediately after completing your purchase, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. This email includes your order number and a summary of the items you purchased. Once your payment has been successfully processed, we will prepare your order for shipping.

You can cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it, provided that the shipping process has not started yet. Please send an email as soon as possible to info@syseve.com. If the order has already been shipped, our regular return policy will apply.

Please first check your spam or junk folder, as emails can sometimes end up there by mistake. If you still cannot find the email, contact us at info@syseve.com so we can verify whether your email address was entered correctly and confirm that your order was successfully received.

Simply send us an email at info@syseve.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our support team will then provide you with further instructions and the return address. Please make sure the item is securely packed in its original packaging.

It depends on the reason for the return. If the item is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return costs. If you return the item for personal reasons (for example incorrect size or you changed your mind), the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

You can return items within 30 days after receiving them. The products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Certain hygiene products may be excluded. More details can be found in our Return and refund policy
